Meet Ming Peng

Bio

Ming Yu Peng, MD, is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with a rich history of contributions to health care and radiology services. He serves patients at RIA Endovascular Clinic, which has locations in Greenwood Village and Windsor, Colorado. His career spans over two decades and is marked by leadership roles and significant achievements in medical imaging.

Dr. Peng's academic journey began at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in biology. He continued his education at the University of Southern California + Los Angeles County Medical Center, graduating with his Doctor of Medicine in 1995. Following this, Dr. Peng completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in diagnostic radiology at the same institution, further specializing in vascular-interventional radiology through a fellowship.

Holding licenses in California, Hawaii, and Colorado, Dr. Peng has continually advanced the field of radiology. He served as section head of Hilo Benioff Medical Center in Hawaii, overseeing the development and management of interventional services. Recognized for his contributions, Dr. Peng has received honors, including being elected as a fellow of the American College of Radiology (FACR) and named among Honolulu Magazine's Top Doctors.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Peng is actively involved in professional societies such as the American College of Radiology, the Hawaii Radiologic Society, and the Radiological Society of North America. His dedication to education is evident through his role as a volunteer imaging instructor and numerous presentations on radiology topics.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Peng enjoys ocean sports, fitness activities, photography, and (re)learning piano, reflecting his diverse interests and commitment to a balanced lifestyle.
